Mark joined Flowcrete in 1989 and has led the rapid market development of the company, from sales just under £0.5m in 1989 to £15m in 2001.

Craig joined Flowcrete in 1996 as Sales Director with responsibility for the UK resin business. Two years later he was promoted to the position of Managing Director for Flowcrete Industrial Flooring.

Gary joined Flowcrete in 1983 and has extensive experience and knowledge of the application of flooring products.

Martin joined Flowcrete in 1996 as Technical Director and is responsible for all innovation and technical services.

Pam joined Flowcrete in 2003 to bring together a global reporting and procedural structure throughout the expanding group.
